Did I mention that I lo~ve Vietnamese cuisine...?

Dear LJ, please make my formatting work now. :( These double/triple/quadruple or completely deleted paragraphs ain't funny. Almost caught up with the recipes I wanted to post for ages, but still so many more blog ideas to come. ^^" I wonder if I'll ever manage to write about everything I have on my mind, haha. orz

Today I'd like to introduce two Vietnamese style vegetarian meals, with many thanks to vietkochen for the permission to translate them! =) Both are very nutricious, yet light, low in calories, sugar and fat. And most important of all - they're colourful! ;D
