Pumpkin season's up, up, up!

This recipe is a little special as it mainly consists of red kuri squash. They look like mini pumpkins, but are way sweeter and more nut-like in flavour. Yet when you cut them open (well, if you manage to *massages massacred hand*), they look and smell like melons, if you ask me.



Sorry, there wasn't any more left of it once I was able to catch the camera. ;P
