Quick, healthy, gluten-free - so what about the flavour?

I was in the mood for bliny recently, but they take some effort and a number of ingredients that I didn't have / lacked energy for. I just caught a pretty bad cold - yeah, on top of all the other crap I'm sick with already, haha. ^^" But then I discovered a very basic recipe on the side of the buckwheat package and thought I'd modify it a little.

Edible? I think so, but it depends on if you like the flavour of buckwheat.
